About Vitale Real Estate

The roots of our custom home design were formed in 1995 by Gaspare Vitale. With hands-on experience from an early age, working in his family’s legacy business, Gaspare developed a deep passion for designing and building homes. As his knowledge and vision grew, so did his desire to create something more, a real estate experience that puts the client at the center of every decision.

We began developing a client-centered sales process, one built around transparency, trust, and the unique needs of each homeowner. This laid the foundation for how we work today: no pressure, just people helping people build their future.

I am the President and CEO. I feel blessed to have an outstanding staff and dedicated individuals who allow my passion and dream to continue to grow. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, making wine, playing sports, and vacationing.

What's your story? 

I started as a masonry, laying brick for my father. We first created the company by taking a risk, and improved the company by mentoring and teaching individuals around us to grow as the company grew.

Meet Leah

I meet with clients to discuss building their dream custom home, price out wish lists, sell existing homes, assist clients when finding their own property, work directly with lenders to ensure a smooth process, and coordinate all closings. I’m happiest with a coffee in hand, time with my husband, a great workout, and a beach on the horizon.

What is your role at Vitale Real Estate?

What's your experience? 

I’ve been working in customer service and sales since I was 16. I did not know this career was where I would end up; but now that I’m here, I could not imagine doing anything else. I’ve had a lot of jobs, but none of them compare to helping someone find their dream home! I enjoy meeting people and connecting with them. 

I have led the team, orchestrated customer interactions, and guided our clients in the right direction for their new home. Caring deeply about assisting our clients, I have ensured they are comfortable with our company and process. Managing our model homes and maintaining all new and used listings helps our team stay on task - serving you!

Field Operations Support

Meet Joe

I work in Field Operations Support at Vitale Real Estate. My role includes organizing and cleaning job sites, assisting with painting projects, handling pickups and deliveries, and running various errands to keep operations running smoothly. I help ensure our properties are well-maintained and ready for clients and contractors.

What’s your role at Vitale Real Estate, and what does it involve?

What's your experience? 

I’ve been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I previously owned and operated my own painting company, which gave me hands-on experience with property improvement and client service. Joining the Vitale Real Estate team has opened up new opportunities for growth and allowed me to contribute to a company that values quality and professionalism.

I focus on quality control across all tasks I handle. Whether it's preparing a site, assisting with a project, or managing deliveries, I make sure everything meets high standards. My attention to detail helps maintain the reputation Vitale Real Estate has for excellence.

Lead construction Project Supervisor

Meet Mike

I am the Lead Project Supervisor/Project Manager. I handle all the quality control for our jobs, make sure all the trades have everything they need, and answer any questions they may have. I’m also involved in scheduling and keeping the labor team busy as well as cleaning up after trades and taking care of odds and ends.

What’s your role at Vitale Real Estate, and what does it involve?

What's your experience? 

I’ve been in new construction all my working life — over 30 years — most of it in rough and finish carpentry.

I’m very good at noticing things that are missing or not done right, which helps make the job go much smoother. I have a great eye for detail.

Project Estimator

Meet Ben

I am the Estimator. My role is to assist the team with estimating and purchasing. I help with option and home pricing, budgeting, selection pricing, and trade bids for ongoing and upcoming projects. I also support the sales and design team with pricing options and special requests for custom features.

What’s your role at Vitale Real Estate, and what does it involve?

What's your experience? 

I have worked in all facets of home construction for over 25 years, including project management, purchasing, land development, and customer relations. I’ve worked for national Fortune 500 builders as well as local builders, allowing me to understand the business from many points of view.

I help strengthen Vitale Real Estate by bringing vast experience and knowledge of the industry, specifically supporting the continued implementation of moving purchasing and estimating processes to an online format. I aim to provide a better understanding of costs and value for both the company and our customers.

Meet Fannita

Working in the Accounting Department at Vitale Real Estate, my job is to manage accounts receivable and payable, assist with job costing and provide additional support wherever I’m needed. I keep the company’s financial side running efficiently and accurately.

Having been with Vitale Real Estate for over 20 years, I have extensive experience in both financial and construction operations. Working closely with our team over the years gives me a deep understanding of the process from budgeting and job costing to the day-to-day details that keep everything running smoothly. It’s been a hands-on journey that’s taught me the value of precision, teamwork, and adaptability in the building industry.

By maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cost analysis, I help ensure that every project is financially sound and well-documented. My attention to detail and willingness to jump in wherever needed contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

I have a dual role within the organization as Operations Manager and Selections Coordinator, where I merge meticulous operational oversight with a designer’s eye for detail. I ensure that the build process and aesthetic outcome reflect the client’s unique vision. Streamlining workflows across sales, design, procurement and construction teams, I help deliver high quality homes while guiding clients through curated selections and bespoke design decisions. My approach combines operational precision, architectural insight, and high-touch client service, transforming the journey of building a home into a truly signature luxury experience.

What's your experience? 

After years in luxury retail, I decided it was time to trade in high-end handbags for hard hats. Blame it on watching way too much HGTV — or call it destiny. Partnering with a general contractor, I dove headfirst into project management and design, learning the nuts, bolts, and beams of residential construction. Being equally comfortable with knowing how a wall should be built, and making it pretty, I blend structural know-how with an eye for trends and style — proving that beauty really can be built from the ground up.

I strengthen the company from the inside out by creating a smoother, more intuitive experience for clients and a more efficient workflow for our team. I guide homeowners through their selections with clarity and confidence, helping them make choices that feel cohesive, personal, and aligned with their vision. Behind the scenes, I refine the internal tools we rely on, streamline communication between departments, and build systems that keep projects moving without confusion or delays. The result is a company that feels more organized, more responsive, and more enjoyable to work with—because every part of the process, from the first meeting to the final walkthrough, benefits from thoughtful design and strong operational structure.
